De Cecco introduces a tasty and balanced product, born from the classical recipe which simply combines select potatoes with soft grain flour. They are known for cooking in just a few minutes, their oval shape and ridged surface make them perfect to create new inviting dishes every day. They are delicious with a wide range of sauces like ragu' or pesto alla Genovese or with special and creative cheese based creamy sauces, or simply with melted butter, sage and parmesan. Since 1886 we have liked our pasta to be bronze drawn and slowly dried because we like it to fall into the plate full of taste, rough and always "al dente".
